| We offer an injury walk in clinic as a first come first serve basis to local area athletes. If unable to attend the walk in clinic call our office to schedule an appointment with one of the physicians or physicians assistants Monday- Friday: Check in at 7:30am Athletes under the age of 18 must come with a parent or legal guardian at time of treatment. Insurance card or form of payment must be presented at time of service |
